When and where is my order sent from?
All orders will be dispatched weekly on
Sundays from Berlin, Germany.

We are using Deutsche Post / DHL unless otherwise noted.

I just made a second order. Can you merge my orders?
Yes. Please send us a message on Bandcamp and or email us at sales@ibadanrecords.com

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped every Monday, and the delivery time will be dictated by your location. Please note seasonal holidays affect Deutsche Post / DHL. Please also note that for some countries the delivery times are extended due to COVID-19 circumstances.

How can I check my order status?
You can send an email to sales@ibadanrecords.com with the name and email address used for the order.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email sales@ibadanrecords.com. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
